We currently accept the following modes of payment:

- Net Banking: Payments via major Indian banks
- Wallets: Supported digital wallets like Paytm, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay, etc.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select cities/regions within India
Note: Payment options may vary for bulk or customized orders. Customers will be informed during checkout or order confirmation.

All online transactions are processed through secure and PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways, including but not limited to Razorpay, PayU, and other trusted providers.

- Fraud Protection and Security
We prioritize the security of your financial data. Measures include:

- Immediate alerts to customers for verification if any unusual activity is detected
Customers are advised never to share OTPs, passwords, or card PINs with anyone, including third parties claiming to be from Copper Trading Company.
- Payment Confirmation
- Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received and verified.
- For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery, and confirmation is generated after receipt of full payment.
- Customers receive email and SMS confirmation for successful payments or failed attempts.
- Refunds and Reversals
- Refunds related to order cancellations, returns, or disputes will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- For failed transactions, payments are automatically reversed, and customers will be notified.
