At Copper Trading Company, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent purchasing experience. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how customers can cancel their orders and the corresponding refund process.

2. When You Can Cancel an Order

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
• Customized or bulk orders (made-to-order copper/brass items) cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production or cutting may begin immediately after order confirmation.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment (bank transfer, UPI, or card) within 5–7 business days of approval.
• If the order was paid through a wallet or third-party payment service, the refund will be credited to the same account.
• In some cases, customers may opt for store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases.

5. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Cancellation will not be accepted for:

• Orders already dispatched or in transit.
• Custom-cut, polished, or processed copper/brass items.
• Bulk or special contract orders processed under specific trade terms.

6. Company Rights

Copper Trading Company reserves the right to cancel any order on account of:

• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Payment or verification issues.
• Unavailability of stock or logistics restrictions.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment received will be fully refunded within 7 business days.
