    This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, or refunds are processed in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.<\/p>

      • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered by us.<\/li>
      • Returns are not accepted for brass or copper items that have been used, cut, polished, customized, or altered after delivery.<\/li>
      • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all accompanying documents or accessories.<\/li><\/ul>
